Booking for under 18's

We understand that some of our customers will be booking student accommodation before they turn 18, and we can help with that!

If you are under 18, follow our straightforward steps for making a booking on Housemates. At the checkout, fill in your details as required, e.g. your name and email address.

Once you get to the stage of making a payment, you will need to ask your parent or guardian to enter their card details, so be sure to confirm everything with them in advance. Then, just complete your booking as usual.

After booking

After you've booked, the accommodation provider will need you to complete a tenancy agreement. A parent or guardian will need to complete this on your behalf.

Tah-dah! That's all you need to do. Head back to Housemates to proceed with your booking.
